I am traveling with a handicapped person, can you tell me where the hertz rental counter is and where the pick up cars are? Do I need to take a bus to pick up a car?

Hertz is directly below baggage pickup. They have an elevator, no bus needed. The cars are located behind the pickup counter in a parking lot.

Jody It is a little walk from the terminal. We are located on the lower level of the parking garage.

To get to the rental counter, leave the airport and cross the street at the crosswalk about halfway up the terminal. You'll go down a concrete ramp to an area below the parking garage. The counters are just inside the door. The cars are on that level. You don't need a bus.
