I would suggest running your water for several minutes and see if it improves. If it is still the same, I would suggest contacting PWD Monday morning.
As a PWD Trustee, I know the water given to you from the treatment facility is constantly monitored for it's quality. If you tell me where you live, I will give you the name of your Trustee that represents you and they will surely answer all your questions and concerns.
