Tzongshi is correct for track rental and track rental with your own equipment. I believe it's 7$ to race for either Tuesday or Friday night racing. Practice is extra and the fee goes along with the track rental rates above, 3$/15 min.
Rental is $5/15minutes per race. Lanes is $3/15 minutes if you bring your own car. This is what I remember.
