All you have to do is go up there and ask questions and they will help you and walk you through and show you things whether it's new or used the salesperson or the dealership has to show you how to use your purchase evidently you didn't ask the right questions or the right people I would go back and talk to somebody
What I can tell you from my experience is that if you purchase a clearance unit you will not get a walkthrough or any help learning the features of your rig. Everyone was very nice during the sale but our salesman couldn't make time to give us a walkthrough
