I must say that I am extremely impressed and pleased with the customer service, personal care, and follow through from the sales staff, management and service department. I cannot express the amount of satisfaction I have with the Bradenton branch of Gerzeny's! Our sales rep, David Noe, paid attention to what our desires were and delivered to the "x" extent. After making our decision for a unit, the follow through could not have been better. Duke walked us through the acceptance portion of the product and preformed a flawless presentation. Rusty in service was WAY beyond our expectations and DJ made sure we received what we wanted. We had a small service after delivery and Larry took care of it quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this installation of Gerzeny's! And if others have had issues with other locations, please consider making the trip to Bradenton. You will not be disappointed. overall great experience would recommend all first Time RV buyers try to line up some kind of upfront financing so you have some kind of cage to go with before you buy a new one. I didn’t really plan to buy the day I walked into Gerzeny’s, was really just looking. That darn DJ suggested to the salesman, “Show her the Thor Scope 18M.” I walked around it, asked questions. Then stepped inside. I knew I was going to buy it. The day I “closed” on it was overwhelming. I was warned by friends that buying an RV is a whole other experience. It was indeed. After 4 hours, I was exhausted. Once home, and a chance to think about it, I had some concerns, questions.. Management at both the Nokomis and Bradenton offices worked together and helped to get those resolved. Thank-you! I haven’t really needed service yet, but Jason and the service department crew have been most helpful. When I pull in with questions and “please show me how to” walk me through it demonstrations, they do so right away with humor and a smile. I am grateful that they are local, very willing to follow through and help, and responsive. I’m very, very happy with my purchase!

We had previously purchased a small 21 ft Toy Hauler from Gerzeny’s in North Port and after taking it out two times we realized we needed a larger unit with a bathroom. We never expected to like RVing as much as we do when we purchased the smaller unit. We ended out purchasing a 33 ft RV at the Bradenton Store and the service that we received from our sales associate Carlyle was top notch, he wasn’t at all pushy and he definitely knew his products well. We ended out getting a great deal on our trade and our new purchase. We cannot thank Carlyle enough for his assistance, he was patience and gave us great service.
