Wow! What can I say beside The Motorcoach Store and all those that work there are unequivocally first class people. From start to finish we have been extremely satisfied. Our journey to our New to us Newell is one for the books. But to make a long story short TMS did it all. From the 24 hour fly in to view coaches, the overnight tryout stay, to the walkthrough and then the delivery day has been first class. Without a shadow of a doubt I know we made the right decision of buying from Brad Twait at TMS! We did look at other locations but nothing can compare to our experience with THe Motorcoach Store. We are on our 3000 mile journey back to California and we are so happy. The Motorcoach store delivered. The communication and work done has been amazing. Do to our tight travel schedule and planned vacation to work around this transaction was seamless. It was an adventure for sure but nothing we do isn’t FUN! We can’t thank Brad and his team enough. My husband and I bought a 2002 Country Coach from Brad at the Motorcoach Store in December 2021. Brad was awesome to work with! We had a couple minor things that needed addressing. Keep in mind our coach is 20 years old. Brad had his team on it and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. He made it very clear he wants his customers satisfied with their experience. Chelsea in the office was professional and very nice. Joe Joe was very knowledgeable and professional as well. We would highly recommend the Motorcoach Store.
