Yes they can. Children of all ages are welcome. Depending on their size I can only think of one ride they might not be able to ride if they were too big that would be the airplane ride. You should be able to ride all of the other rides. Because all of the other rides adults can accompany children.
Yes they can come but may not be able to ride a couple of the rides. It's geared towards younger children, more like 8 and under.
Yes people of all ages are allowed
