Everyone who works here is always friendly. They deal with so many Amazon returns you can imagine it's always busy for them on top of what's originally asked for. Give them a break.... side advise, ALWAYS ask for a receipt.

Exciting news! This UPS store is open on SUNDAYS for the holidays! Amazon returns as well. The new owner is just lovely and inviting. I’ll be coming to this one, rather than the very small one I usually go to.

Today an employee here told me RUDLY to get my mask while I was in line outside the store despite the mask mandate being dropped. She somewhat quickly corrected her statement after she had told me to go get my mask saying it was not required.

The staff and management all work hard to provide stellar customer service. You can literally run your business out of this store. From mailing, all your postal services are there. Don't forget that fax service is also available as well as everything between for your shipping needs. All your printing and and copying needs are there too. This place is the best UPS store I have ever had the pleasure of working with. You won't regret using Ll their services.
