They fail to deliver packages. Stating that they tried but there was something. This last package, they didn’t even send it with the mail person. It was in the office. Come 5pm they said usps ran into some issues, saying front doors wasn’t accessible. When it’s in the office. Instead of calling me texting why pull this. Very unprofessional. Been going on for a couple years now.

This place is been very nice. Most people who works there seem very kind. I had a appointment and I applied for passport at this location yesterday. I got helped by Neena. She is very sweet and very helpful. I had a nice experience. She is professional and good at what she does. She took really nice photo of me. Overall I feel better about the post office now.

After having a terrible experience at Martinez USPS trying to get passports for my wife and children, we decided to stop by the Concord branch to check for cancelled appointments. Thanks to the excellent staff, we got everything done! The staff here at Concord is so friendly and helpful! I really appreciated their hard work. It is clear they take pride on what they do.
