when can we see some of the shops/stores open?

Stater Brothers opens around 0700 or earlier. Peet's is open around 0600.

Trader Joe's at 8am. Most other stores by 9am. There's also a Peet's Coffee that might even open before Trader Joe's and it's right across the street even.

I believe around 10 am.
