Nice people and awsome courts. The ground is not as rough as other courts so soles of my shoes doesn't wear out like other sand paper like courts., yet plenty of grip. Courts are pressure washed regularly, so they are very clean.

Do you try parking around the back side of the courts? There is a whole parking lot back there that usually has lots of room. Only a slightly longer walk. Most weekdays are about the same and the earlier you play after 2pm will probably be less busy than nearing the after work rush.
Signs at the tennis courts say there are no reservations allowed. Court use should be limited to 90 minutes.
No private lessons allowed at Poinsettia park. You can get lessons at Bobby Riggs
Anyone. Currently 2 courts are challenge courts ( with more advanced players) and 2 courts are recreational for all skill levels.
Sometimes lights are available even late sometimes but it's kind of hit or miss no consistency. I've been training basically all my life so I'm always out
