Rancho Carrillo apartments is by far the best place I have ever lived. Not just because it’s such a well maintained beautiful place but because of the staff. They are amazing, they go above and beyond in ever way. I honestly have to say Hak and Jeanette are the most kind hearted understanding people you can work with. I felt completely comfortable with them they make you feel like family. During the holidays the staff always takes time out of their own lives to celebrate with the whole Community in different ways. With barbecues different food events. For Halloween the staff dressed up and gave out candy bags, they also dress up for Christmas giving out gifts on a raffle. During Covid they also found ways to make everyone feel at home when Covid was at the worst. They gave out chalk to decorate the front of our porches for a prize. It was amazing to see how many people participated and how fun it was to look at other peoples porches, it was such a great idea that the staff had brought people together even though we were 6 feet apart. It go’s to show just how much the staff at Rancho Carrillo really care about the hole Community .They always gave out masks and flyers every month with updates about things that are going on in the community upcoming events it’s just an amazing place to live. I want to say to the staff thank you for everything you are truly are amazing.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Rancho Carrillo Apts. with some family members off and on throughout the years. During my stay recently I have experienced a friendly and clean environment. The management and staff have always been warm and very helpful if I’ve had any questions or concerns. The grounds staff keep the grass and flowers looking beautiful. My family member who lived here was very happy with all this complex had to offer especially during this COVID time we’ve had to endure in this past year. Hak Pouy the manager was very instrumental in getting aide to my Aunt during her time of sudden illness this past January thank you Hak for being there for her and my cousins. If you’re looking for a place to live I would highly recommend this place to reside.

These apartments are excellent, maintenance here work amazing. You can call the office and let them know what’s happening and they will be right there at your front door to help. Living in this complex you feel safe, if you have any concerns about anything the office is there to help always. It’s very clean and well taken care of area.

The management team and crew are awesome here! Hak and Jeannette always take care of business and they are always super friendly! I have only great things to say about them. I can now pay my rent online (super easy) so that’s a nice perk. The apartment complex is clean and well-kept. What really makes this place pleasurable is it’s management team and maintenance crew - a real class-act.
