I have been at the Pacific View Apartments for 14 months and could not have imagined a better "apartment living" experience. The location is perfect with so many nature trails outside the front door. The staff is responsive and professional. I submitted a request to have the AC checked out at 11:00 PM and by 8:30 AM the next morning Omar and Jose were at the door and have the problem solved within a few short minutes. I could not be more satisfied.

I have enjoyed living in Pacific View for 6 years. My safety and the awesome maintenance team is what I value you most. The location is absolutely perfect, not to mention how pristine this property is kept.The office staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. I am super happy and love where I live!!

I had a problem with my Venetian blinds and toilet. I called the office for maintenance workers and within 5 minutes Ivan and Francisco were at my front door. They wasted no time in straightening out my problems. They were great knew just what to do and cleaned up after themselves. I've been living in Pacific View a long time and am very happy here. The maintenance crew is Unbelievable and they are right there when you need them. I've known Edgar a long time and he runs his crew just as good as he is to the tenants.

I am a new resident and am very happy here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful attending to any questions or needs. The maintenance staff headed by Jose have fixed any problems quickly . Jose and Omar are very professional and knowledgeable while being respectful of property leaving things clean after repairs finished . It is a pleasure to know I am able to depend on them.
