That's a good question, lol. Sounds like you should call and ask them, I'm just a guide.
10 should mean 10 not 9 50, this store seems to be having problems they are constantly running out of toppings and deep dish dough, lately more often than not they are cash only, that makes me think they can't afford to have their money tied up and be able to pay for food. I don't think they will last much longer the way it's going, just my opinion. For what it's worth.
I used to work there and the managers gave us the ok to do that because at that point we have turned the oven off and cleaned the back of the store.
Because they broke the rules, call corporate and have date and time it happened.
