The customer service at this place was terrible. The lady at the front with braids up in a ponytail and long eyelashes was super rude and treated me in a condescending way from the time that I got there. She was looking at me with the most rude glare and made me feel completely incompetent. I was simply trying to use the card reader and when I couldn’t insert my card correctly due to it being a really old card reader, she gave me attitude and glared at me just cause I couldn’t figure it out. My friend ended up helping me out since she couldn’t be bothered to help me out and was too busy giving me attitude instead. I felt like at that point I should have just canceled the $30 I spent for 3 buffets and taken my business elsewhere or at least spoken to a manager, but I decided to try and stay anyways. The beverage station was dirty and sticky and had straw wrappers all over it and the employees were ignoring it while chatting with each other and the employee who gave me attitude was just flirting with the boy employee. I feel like I was treated horribly, the store was gross, and I never want to return to this Cici’s ever again. I also plan on contacting corporate tomorrow about the employee who disrespected me.

During the ice and snow my husband and I went out looking for anything open. We happened on this Cici's. Noeli and Trey were the only people working there that day. I opened the door to ask if they were open and they said only for take out. I was leaving and Noeli said if we ordered the pizza we could eat it there. So Nice! We were the only ones that came in the whole time we were there. Trey asked if we wanted cheese sticks too. He was nice enough to cook the exact pizzas we wanted. Both of them were absolutely too nice. I was impressed. From a manager to manager, you have 2 great employees there. Thank you both Noeli and Trey.

The pizza is cici's 😆. Salad bar could use an upgrade. Bathrooms are atrocious. Handicap stall in women's restroom doesn't properly flush. So folks are leaving things for other people to see/ deal with. Not cool. Took the time to tell staff. Got told yeah we know. They are supposed to fix it but they won't. Not sure who "they" are but.... shame on you. And at the very least maybe you should put up a sign to explain to your patrons that extra work will be required to flush in that stall, or maybe you should put it out of service until you fix it. My family just spent over $100 here. (Not including game room) and the place wasn't empty. No excuse for bad bathroom.

If you are going to charge almost a 1 dollar more for your food at least put some icing on your cinnamon rolls. And i hate when just because its a little poorer area restaurants can be like the restaurants in richer areas. They dont really care for the poor. Or if your restaurant is in the poorer area price it like they are poor

I was pleasantly pleased when I saw how they set up the buffet. To answer the question they have plexiglass blocking the buffet from the customer side and one of the employees will make your plate as you tell them what you want.
