Picked up 2 pepperoni pizzas last night. The guys were awesome & the pizzas were honestly the best I've had from all locations I've been to! Thank you 🙏

Last night I had visited your location at 2977 Precinct Line Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76118. I ordered off my phone and sat outside waiting for it to be prepared. I walked in earlier before it was finished and as I waited I notice the kid up front was handling cash transactions, messing with his phone and also cutting the pizza's without washing his hands in between. He did acknowledge me and told me my order wasn't ready when I came in (so it wasn't my pizza he was cutting) but I asked him to wash his hands and equipment before touching my food which he did so and you can see him doing it in the picture. he had a lot of free time, during this free time he had talked to the woman that was in the corner on her phone (guessing that she was off the clock because she did not have anything that look like a uniform on) but then she handed the boy a vape pen. The boy stood behind the oven, which has glass windows on both sides (how I saw him) and began to smoke the vape pen. Even as he stepped away from the ovens gave the girl back here vape pen and he blew the smoke out in front of me. No one should be smoking in the building nevertheless in the kitchen! All employees should know this and also proper cleaning and cleansing procedures. I just hope the older gentleman in the back washed his hands when making my order. This really had bothered me.

This location has always been convenient because of the fast service provided. The food is always hot when purchased, and the employees get through the line of customers quick. The mobile ordering is very convenient, and the pizza portal that keeps your order hot until you get there is amazing. The only reason I do not give this location 5 stars is because of how thin they make their stuffed crust pizza. Other locations have done better when it comes to this one very specific task. Other than that, this location is one of the best Little Caesar’s locations in the area.

Parked in front of store and called to see it they had half pepperoni, half bread pizza. Person on phone who was a big tall guy with a beard said no but can make one in about 10 min.... I said ok. He hung phone up and I sat in my car watching everyone on thier phone making nothing for 10 minutes. Walked in and asked is pizza ready? Guy in front counter said no. Be about 10 minutes. I said forget it, give me what you got. The pictures you see is what I got. A cold, uncut, undercooked bread sticks. Never again......at this location near my house.
