Me and my girlfriend visited today for first time, my lady got soup, apparently the soup was extremely hot when pouring the soup onto the bowl it burned her hand critical condition. We didn't finish our food I took her to get medical treatment and we left. I called to speak to manager/Sadam and I addressed the situation he didn't offer us anything or express concerns but the ac service being hot. This is unprofessional.

Marisol (sorry if I didn’t get the spelling right..) the beautiful younger lady at the front register did amazing. They left BBQ sauce off my pizza and she corrected without me even having to ask. She was lovely.

Great place. Friendly staff. Lettuce was rotten but rest of the items were fresh and great. This was the first cicis location where they did not auto add drinks without asking. All other locations forcibly add without asking. This location also has crushed red pepper and pamesan cheese and pepper for those who need.

The food was good, but the service was not. I ordered ahead and when I got there the order wasn't correct and they twice had to correct it. After all that we could have eaten there and been gone. Also this location had a group of kids come in without adults and the restaurant owner says it happens all the time. They are still allowed to buy their own meals at this location which seems wrong. The kids make a mess, climb all over the games, talking loudly. It was annoying and I can assure you we will try another CiCis next time.

The poor workers have to do so much more work now to individually serve each customer multiple plates. At least they are cutting the pizzas better because the employees don't struggle to pick the pizza up. The food buffet is now sealed off to public with saran wrap.
