I don't know but who ever it was I am for sure who didn't design it ,nicklaus,dye and or Fazio didn't design it . There are a couple of holes out there where I scratch my head and wonder what the hell were they thinking . Encinitas ranch is a better design and I recommend that over the crossings
Tough course....very long but beautiful...18th hole somewhat of a let down after some of the amazing views on rest of back nine.
