I am so disappointed in the quality of materials used with Ashley furniture..the winning room chairs that have black Leather like material is peeling off...it has done so for more than a year....wish I would have taken it back sooner..

I had to recover mine. I bought good naugahide and added foam. It wasn't easy but Ashley is no help

You should call the district manager at from the store you got it from. Especially if you are still making payments on the product you are talking about .
