Not to be mean. The transitions are Sharp and it is a very uneven park. It has too much coping sticking way far out. It is easily the worst Park in the area and needs to be rebuilt, so the flow is not running into each other.

Great place, good ramps, but PLEASE FIX THE FREAKING DRAINS! The last time I was there, it was after a rainstorm, and the drain covers were off of the drains. BUT, there was still a POND in the far side of the park, near the bleachers. FIX THIS, CITY OF LONG BEACH! Edit: I went again a month ago (idk why i didn't update the review) and the drains were fixed. Once again after a storm, and there was not a pond. Nice 👍

This is one of my favorite parks in my area, nice lighting until 10 pm , some days are empty and is better like that because some locals are rude because they think they’re pro because they do the same tricks they watch on IG 😂😂

The spine bowl's transition is a bit wonky, but the overall skatepark is fantastic. I've been skating this park since it opened when I lived in LB. I'm here for the Holidays and this park is still soooo fun to skate! 50-50'ing my way into a Happy 2020! Thanks El Dorado Skatepark ⏰🎯

Yes! there is a very large scooter community at this park. I personally am a scooter mom & this is the only park I feel I can take my kid to without issues from the board/bikers.

It may have been closed one weekend for repairs or clean up of the skate park area. Otherwise it is part of the park and it's open on weekends and weekdays until 10:00 p.m. I'm pretty sure. At least that's how long the lights stay on.

The skate park only has one area with 2 bars so you can stand in the middle and learn to olie as you hold on too the bars.
Ya people are nice but if you snake them then they will get a bit mad
