Always buy my furniture at Ashley's! The quality is great, I've had some pieces for many years. Antonio the sales manager was such a great help here at the long Beach store. He listened to all my needs and made sure I walked out with everything I wanted at the best price! Highly recommend

We just purchased our sofa set at Ashley’s in Long Beach. Our sales rep Richard Marenco was absolutely amazing! He definitely provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend him! AHLEY IS THE WORSE PLACE TO PURCHASE FROM. I WISH I COULD JUST DUMP MY FURNITURE TO THE STORE. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE The worse experience I have ever had with anything I have ever purchased. I purchased over $15,000 in furniture and every single deliver and piece of furniture had an issue. Every time I tried contacting Ashley store it went to corporate and it took hours for them to answer and the. When they did they were all people who didn’t even know how to speak or had no idea what to do. It’s been a nightmare. I have requested for a supervisor to contact me and it’s impossible. I purchased the first week of January and I’m still waiting for my replacements. These are just pictures of the dinning table they broke while building and repaired and thought I should keep it. I called and finally got helped and they should be replacing it of course another couple months. My bedroom set they sent king and call king pieces so now I have been waiting again over a month. When they delivered my daughters bedroom the delivery guys banged the bed on my new wall and dented it and damaged my daughters bed. Ashley hasn’t done a thing to compensate me for the damages and all my struggles. SO DISAPPOINTED

Met Stella today at Ashley Long Beach. Stella is a very professional sales lady. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding. Stella is one of the few sales people that doesn’t push you into buying and makes you feel comfortable in making such important decisions when it comes to buying furnitures giving you privacy and space. At the same time she completed all the paperwork in a timely manner. Stella speaks English and Spanish. I truly recommend Stella to anyone and everyone.

I am so disappointed in the quality of materials used with Ashley furniture..the winning room chairs that have black Leather like material is peeling off...it has done so for more than a year....wish I would have taken it back sooner..
