I have a 2011 Ford Taurus SHO.. Recently I was driving and heard swishing water within my car. I thought that maybe I had left a gallon of something in the back seat.but I did not.. and when I went to check under the seats.the passenger floor was wet

I'm having some difficulties and haven't had the car for two months. I know how to get the ball rolling if they don't comply.

Go to Baxter,get it corrected. Sounds like something plugged,or a body grommet missing.

It could be an AC issue, or I've heard of the sunroof drains backing up( if your Taurus has a sunroof)
