This place is disgusting! they mistreat their residents. The staff are some of the rudest people i’ve ever met i’m in such disbelief. How is this place still up and running? dirty rooms dirty bathrooms, let their residents sit in dirty briefs all day. DO NOT take your loved one there they will NOT get the right care.

I came here for physical therapy and the therapist were very nice and so helpful. My feet were not moving real well but after therapy I can move them. I am also very selective in the food that I eat call ( I do not like spices) the kitchen is so good at accommodating me by giving me other choices. My goal is to walk confidently out of here soon and go home to my son

I have had a very pleasant stay here. Although, therapy is very difficult, I know it will make me stronger and I have to continue to do the work. The food is fantastic and I know I put on weight, we had pie today and it was so good! The staff is very nice as well.

I have been very happy in Elkhorn, very good nurses and staff (Mona Lisa, Jessica and Kris), the food is wonderful. I have improved so much with therapy. Whenever I needed to turn my call light on, someone was always there and that means a lot to me. Brooke in activities was fun and creative and Jennifer in social work took care of any issues I would have to make things run smooth.
