can I get just1 ticket for Manson tomrow at the door I've been trying to talk to someone for days and it's all just voice mail so if I drive a hour in a 1/2 can I please just get a ticket there for Jan 31

Etix has electronic tickets, try getting one there. It's about $75 bucks after fees. I've also been seeing a lot for $50 on Facebook and Craigslist.

I don't know what their capacity is but theres a good chance he will sell out. Better too try and get tickets ahead of time
