Yes, they still serve alcohol. They wristband 21+. VIP gets you to an upper level. Never been up there, but I'm not convinced it would be worth the extra cost. May be worth it to you though.

VIP gets you upstairs in one of the suites, private bar and restrooms.

Some shows are +18, and if you're old enough to drink, they give you a wristband.

Alcohol is served at all ages shows. VIP tickets vary from show to show, but generally grant access to the smaller upstairs stage left bar area.

Yes, when I have been thete, they hand wrist to tell who was of age to drink.
