Showed up when the order tracker said my order would be ready 20 minutes later to find out it hadn't even been started. Then a young lady came up from the back room with a mouth full of food and asked if she could help me I said I had an online order. She searched through the receipts and found my order she then started to make it but made 2 ham sandwiches so I questioned her about it she points to the receipt and says it says ham sandwich but I ordered 1 ham and 1 turkey. Glad I was paying attention cause she wasn't. more concerned with stuffing her face than helping me! Think I'll pass by next time I want a sandwich and make my own!

Sadly the last few times I've ordered a sandwhich here, paying for extra of a lot of my toppings, and I've gotten almost none. Once I literally didn't get most of my toppings even regular amount. It's sad I used to come here every week and it was always great. It's really gone down hill.

If you can't provide curbside pickup service, don't offer it. Simple as that. Was also ignored by the irritated worker there as he seems to hate his job.

I made an order online around Noon, lunch time and there was only one person working and she was trying so hard to get everyone in and out. I understand that everyone is short staffed which I totally understand and most of all the customers did as well. I can't help but question where the manager is on a Friday afternoon to help his/her employee if someone doesn't show up or no one else scheduled.
