James Clifford helped me out a LOT! That guy is awesome. Everyone here is always so friendly and yes you might wait a little bit but it is WELL worth it, and usually they can get started helping you out in 5 minutes or less. Also has two ATMs right at the front doors so that's very nice and convenient. PS: It is always the perfect temperature and it smells nice too :))

I am so disappointed in BECU. If your a customer (account holder) they are probably great. But if you are an average Joe that got swindled out of approximately 200$ during the Covid19 pandemic this is not you day . My son went to the Northgate BECU and made a cash deposit of 200$ well unfortunately his CHIME account doesn't do that but the BECU ATM didn't give him his money back it spit out a receipt saying contact the financial institution. Well he contacted BECU for his money back but they still are giving him the run around about they need an invitation from his bank who really isn't involved. This to me is out and out theft but no they are getting away with it my son is a single father on unemployment this is just a sad excuse for a banking institution. He's been trying to deal with this for 6 months thats plenty of time to track a transaction.

Going to BECU was the best decision I've made about my banking ever. Maia Hascall made everything so easy and made sure she took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. She helped me refinance my car to nearly 4% lower than it was. She helped me and my fiance set up joint banking accounts. I would recommend everyone go and see Maia at the Northgate location. Hi Shauna. This location does not have traditional tellers. All cash transactions are processed through the ATM. You can visit a teller at our main Financial Centers in Tukwila and Everett or a number of our partner credit unions in your area. Thanks!
