Friendly staff, quick service. Great ice cream. We got coffee chip and melted chocolate. Which kind of tasted the same. But was delicious either way. Wasn't a fan of the sprinkles. But I seem to be the only one since they are so popular they sell jars of them at the counter. The only thing was it was a bit pricey.

We stopped by the other day for a snack. They have a good amount of flavors and toppings for a small shop, and even have merchandise that they sell in store. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected in the area. Everything tasted yummy and the shop was clean. They also have outdoor seating! It was hard for us to find parking, though. Expect to use street parking and walk a few blocks to get there.

This is the best ice cream shop in Seattle. Even during cold winter day, it is crowded. Ice creams are high quality and delicious. Unfortunately there is not much seating.

This review is for my salted caramel order, it was not good and salted caramel is my favorite. Ice cream was just salted, it was creamy and ok at first , it got more salty each bite. Waffle cone claimed to be fresh, it was not crispy. I love ice cream and don’t like to throw away ice cream or waste expensive ice cream, but I did. My friends like their orders but I can’t review what I did not eat. Salt and straw has better salted caramel and waffle cone.

The rule is: 2 groups inside at a time. Spacing stickers on the ground to space people out. Everyone I've seen have been respectful.
It's not part of their "always" flavors but they have rotating seasonal flavors. You could request they make a balck licorice seasonal flavor!
