Ridiculous hours, doesn’t open till 9 am so no way to pick up something on the way into work. Use a locker at a grocery store etc instead.

Overall experiences were great. One negative experience is that one time when the QRcode locker ran out, I asked for help to a male staff. The staff told me to wait for the locker… he could have just scan the code, and save everyone’s time. IMO he wasn’t occupied with anything by the time I asked him. He did the same to other customers too at that time.

Very nice and clean facility. Pickup and return processes are efficient. There's even a recycle center where you can open your boxes and recycle them. The location can be easy to miss the first time considering it's right at a busy intersection. But after your found it, you wonder how you missed it in the first place. The lady attendant there is so welcoming and so helpful! I hope Amazon knows this!

There is nothing posted that they will be closed, but I would call Amazom Customer Care through the app just to be safe.
They have a slot where you can return the boxes when you pick up a parcel. I don't know if you can just bring in outside Amazon boxes. Maybe chat with Amazon Customer Service.

This is a secure Amazon center for pick up and drip off (orders and returns). There are two lockers (with a code) for pick up and a slot for drop off as well as staff available to assist with any questions.
Go to calendar click on the date u want to cancel and the block u accepted comes up. Hit forfeit block.
