I used to go here, wanted to go here, begged to go here. couldnt get any one to answer a call or return an email. never a word till i wrote a horrid review showing that omg was actually going to end up killing me dead gone buried leaving a widow. emails sent, finally after a month of begging for help and finally going to peace health, where they answered the phone and helped me a lot, did horrid omg finally call and it was a woman who was upset about my emails reviews and post, do not go there to die or you may be ignored till you do die

This practice has really gone down hill. It is important to have a good relationship with your doctor. It is important to feel that they are listening to you. I used to be happy with the care I received, however over the last several years this placed has morphed into something very different than the responsive care I was originally receiving. I remember years ago my girlfriend would tell me horror stories about the hassles and red tape she had to go through as a patient of Peace health. Oregon Medial group has Morphed into that. Every time I make an appointment to see my doctor I get seen by a PA instead. Having symptoms and feeling poorly did some research pretty much all of the signs pointed in one direction - called my doctor to run some tests. My doctor ( through an office worker) lectures me that I have not seen her in 3 years...( that's your fault not mine) then she puts me off for a month and a half before I can come for a physical and blood work. I went to a specialist on my own and got the blood work which confirmed my suspicions.... called my doctor with the results for an official referral. She refused to give me the referral until she sees me which will be over a month from now. You have treated me like a number and you have treated me like a child. I do not recommend OMG and at this point the acronym O.M.G.!!!! is very relevant to my experience.

I have a rare nerve condition, when I set up the appointment I asked to see a Doctor that was familiar with my condition, they said that they were confident that the Doctor was familiar with it. I was not seen by a Dr. but a PA who had no idea what it was, she said I will google it and contact you. It's been more than 3 weeks and she has not contacted me, maybe she doesn't know how to use Google. I know more about it than she did and I get a bill for $268.00 for 15 minutes of her lame time. Unbelievable how they get away with any of this. I will fight this bill in court. Such bull!!! Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. They are not very bright at this place.

I just want to reiterate Dave H. 's review. I have had a similar awful experience with OMG. I set up a primary care doctor after moving to the area. Their paperwork has you list any health issues you want to discuss with your doctor, I did so. About 10 minutes into my appointment, my new "doctor" tried to end the appointment without answering any of my questions, I pressed him to discuss the issues I've been having. Honest to god, I got an eye roll. Then he sat back down and I brought up the issues which were met with shrugs and no advice. I've been experiencing some foot pain, so I asked for a referral for a podiatrist. Same experience there (it was an OMG podiatrist) a 5 minute appointment, I was not listened to, no useful advice, and honestly not even a real exam. I sat on a bench, he looked at my foot, off the ground for about 30 seconds. He wrapped my foot with some tape (which I was billed $75 on my itemized bill) and left me in the same position I was when I showed up, because naturally the tape fell off after about 6 hours and did nothing. I went in for a "follow up" said I was still in pain, and got another 5 minute visit, with the only advice of "try different things, and see what happens" Super helpful... So a little while later I'm still in pain, I call back to try to get a referral to a physical therapist, thinking, maybe I just saw the wrong guy. Off the bat they are happy to help, until I give them a specific office I want the referral too. I'm then fed a line about how they can't give me a referral to a doctor outside of OMG. I call BS, and they cave, and say ok. Well about a a week later, I get a call from a random PT office in Creswell.. (I live in Eugene) NOT the office I asked for. Clearly since my insurance carriers money was going to be taken elsewhere, they just don't care, and frankly I think they may have called the wrong office just to annoy me. 4 weeks later, I get a bill. Great, they just milked my insurance, and me for non service. Naturally you have no real recourse. After this altogether godawful experience I will be taking my "business" elsewhere. As that's what this place is, a money making business, crank out as many patients per hour you can! My significant other will also be leaving OMG. and I will advise any friend looking for a doctor to steer clear. PEOPLE OF THE INTERNET, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
