Bought a car from them in June, car needed some repairs. The dealer side was great and helpful. The service department is not very good at letting you know anything. We owned the car for a month, only had it a week. They couldn't get parts in, I asked if they would call us. They never did. I then called two weeks later, they still didn't have the part. I took the car till the part came in. Still no call, I called them every week to find out what was happening. Part finally came in. Car in the shop, once again told we will call you. No call. Called them again, to find out our car is ready early in the day. Have to rush to go get it before they close. Car is still not fixed, have to leave it again. This is ridiculous at this point. I understand no one can make the parts come in faster. But the communication was astonishingly awful. We have owned the car now for 8 weeks, and we have only driven it for three weeks total. Not because we can't, but because no one called us to tell us anything. I will never buy here again. I will be calling the service manager in the morning.

We were in Eugene for the weekend from Seattle. Our 2021 Grand Cherokee L decided that it was going to have a power steering issue. We went into Lithia Jeep in Eugene and it was simply fabulous! The people were kind, helpful and able to fix the car so we could travel back home safely! Marlie and Jeffrey in the Service Dept. are awesome! I wish they were closer as we would do all our service through Lithia Jeep of Eugene!

I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 truck with the help of John Lamboy, the internet sales manager at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Eugene. I typically avoid dealerships at all costs, and this was the first time I have used one to buy a vehicle since 1998. I had an amazing experience. No pressure and $4,000 less than the "special" Costco price I was offered by another dealership in Portland. In fact, the day after I purchased the truck I called to request a second key fob, and John happily comped me one. These are typically pretty costly, so I was very appreciative of their kind gesture. I did a ton of research and spoke to three other dealerships. Lithia of Eugene had by far the best price for the truck I wanted, and a friendly low pressure staff.

BUYER Beware I recently purchased from out of state. I communicated via e-mail prior to traveling to Eugene, OR to purchase a specific Jeep, only to arrive and see that the interior was ripped apart (looks like someone keyed the dash) and giant dent on lower door, none of which was pictures of mentioned by the sales rep. It get's worse... I ended up buying a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 30k miles. Certified Pre-Owned cars are required to pass a 125-Point Chrysler inspection in order to gain that status, however, the Jeep I purchased has severe water leak issues, later confirmed by a different Dodge Dealership, costing over $3,000.00+, none of which would have passed a 125-point inspection if properly performed or done at all. Strongly advise against purchasing here. All of the following was discovered with-in the first 24hours of ownership: WATER INSIDE OF INSTRUMENT CLUSTER BAD ANTENNA/GASKET BAD SUNROOF SEAL SUNROOF MISALIGNED BROKEN PASSENGER FOGLIGHT CONDENSATION INSIDE OF CAR MOISTURE INSIDE OF CAR
