Yes my question is Where do I PARK my car ? There is NO free parking here at my low income housing authority (Bel Franklin ) apartments . It's about $6.00 a day at all day meters , so times that by 31 days , it's almost the same as my rent or behind this building is $80.00 a month. I'm not getting rid of my car and I cannot afford tickets daily. I need help
