Hi Christina, sorry about the mixed messages. We do not take shredded paper for recycling at the waste to energy facility. It can go into your green yard waste bin if you have one, or the Sunshine Disposal transfer station at University takes shredded paper in their recycling area. There is no charge and no limit to the amount. Another option is to take it to Northwest Seed and Pet. They use shredded paper for animal bedding, though you might want to check with them first on the amount they will take. Hope that helps!
