Started having battery issues on day two of our family road trip. Got a jump from a couple of helpful strangers and Stopped at the next shop we saw in Colville. We were told they were too busy to even run a scan and that there was a good chance all of the other shops in town were most likely full also. So we prayed and started heading towards Spokan. The dash lights were going on and off with all the warnings the whole time, we made it to Division street. Storm and the team fit us in even though it was 2:30, and every bay that had was full. They quickly diagnosed the issue to the Alt not charging the battery. They were able to locate one and swap it. My family and I are extremely grateful for the amazing service we received. Thank you Storm and Team.

Great Service!! I needed my new car battery reprogrammed to my car and every shop told me their earliest appointment to get it done would be almost 2 months away, they were able to get me in same day. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

I've taken two of my vehicles here in the last year. My initial motivation was they offer a 15% discount to Costco members. On one vehicle, I had them do routine fluid changes i.e. brakes, power steering, transmission, cooling system. They also trouble shot and replaced a faulty airbag sensor that was turning on a red light on my dash. The other vehicle had an airbag problem which they were able to quickly troubleshoot and correct. These people love cars and they are truly car guy's. I do a lot of my own service work but some things are beyond my ability or can't I figure the problem out because I lack a robust diagnostic scan tool. I will happily use this shop again in the future. They know what's going on and won't lead you astray.
