My car had a recall notice so I went into Wendle Ford to get it inspected. It was super easy to make the appointment online and they were great about reminders through text. When I went in, I was so impressed. I was in and out of there in under an hour! Such great service and the employees were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and I will be going there in the future for any car needs.

They changed schedule for repairs with no notification to customers. Sloppy tech work (left items under the hood unfastened or replaced). Due to their internal scheduling issues, we were not able to get work done under our warranty, and then we had to force them into documenting that in their records. Service personnel were impersonal and uncaring about the effects of their internal issues on their customers. Did not return phone calls. Could not be bothered to communicate with us. No apologies. Zero concern for customers. If we did not have to use this place we would not. Ford should be concerned that a dealer service center is not supporting their customers or fostering long term relationships that would encourage customers to buy another Ford. That is not happening here.

Timing belt stretched at 90k miles on 2012 Ford F150 ecoboost. $4.4k repair. Service advisor Jared Smith kept me in the loop throughout the process. In the shop a bit longer than I would have liked (reason 4 stars), but made sure they addressed everything they thought could give me future problems. Smaller shops not interested in the job due to needing to pull the truck cab. Work guaranteed 2 years unlimited miles. Engine is powerful again and drives like new. Would recommend.

I am not impressed. They did a quick diagnostic and gave me an estimate of $4800 for the repairs. Pressure to make a quick decision caused me to call 3 additional shops. I quickly found out that the exact same service was over $2000 cheaper!!!! All very reputable shops and all within $50 of each other. Picked up my car and and will have work done elsewhere. As a side note, Wendle Ford didn’t even have the courtesy to put air in a low tire for me - even though the indicator light was clearly visible. Tread very carefully with this outfit.
