Yes they do. What the don't have is a qc department that goes through the new units before selling them. We bought a brand new Montana and we're expecting a working unit. The first time we took it out we had a list of 12 things that needed to be fixed including the air conditioner wiring issues and sewage issues. The caulking in the bathroom looks like it was done by a middle school kid. The young man that did our walk through when we took delivery knew virtually nothing about RVs.
