admittedly, i don’t have any rv buying experiences to compare this to as this was my first but i did visit many lots in my search. i am SO HAPPY I FOUND THESE PEOPLE! from the first time i called, Will was amazing. he’s super friendly and caring. we talked about what i was planning and he helped me find the best fit. i ended up with something i totally wasn’t expecting but it’s perfect! the staff here is like a little family. my son and i felt totally welcomed and everyone was really accommodating. there’s even cute puppies!! the place i got my hitch installed didn’t entirely finish the job so they made sure it got done correctly and even popped over to the store and bought a part i needed. leslie and stephanie upstairs, jerry and rob, they’re so kind, fun and willing to help. even after you drive away. if you’re in the market please don’t skip these guys. they’re the epitome of what customer service is supposed to be.

I could go on and on about this place. During the sales process Will was accessible for questions, flexible, pleasant. The rig was exactly as advertised or a bit nicer. I was coming in from out of state and they accommodated my schedule and the registration process above and beyond including kindly holding it on site for an extra month for me. Clearly a well run organization that takes pride in their products and folks who look out for their co-workers and their customers. Thanks Leslie and guys! I couldn’t be happier with my Winnebago and how safe and cared for I feel as a first time RV owner!

The service and support we received when buying our rv was above and beyond our expectations. Ken and Gary made sure that the coach we bought, while not new, was in the best condition it could be in before sending us on our way. The deal was fair and straight forward but it’s the service after the deal that matters. We’re sure to be long-time loyal customers.
