I have a horrible tooth abscess that has made my face swollen up to my eye. The doctor didn't do any tests - simply gave me a shot of pain med that only worked for 30 minutes. I was waiting for my ride, crying from how much pain I was in!! He did send prescriptions for antibiotic and Naproxen to the pharmacy. I thought with that much infection, pain, and swelling reaching my eye that they would have done something more!!

would put lower if possible. i’ve hurt my knee so i go in to get it looked at. they take me to triage and get an x ray within the first hour or two of me being there. after being told they would call me out of the waiting room once they viewed the x-ray, i waited at least 2.5 hours so my dad went to ask when a doctor would see me and he was told that i was ready to be discharged and i could leave. i hadn’t even seen a doctor, been told anything about my x rays, or been told anything at all. they said it would be fixed and they will get me in asap. shift change happened an hour after we were told i could leave so we went and asked the new lady at the front desk if i was going to be seen and we were told yet again that it still said i was ready to be discharged. an hour and a half later they finally call me back just to say i’m fine yet i can’t walk on my own let alone can’t move my leg without severe pain. i wouldn’t go to this hospital again unless it was my very last option
