As someone who lifts, swims, and uses a steam/sauna everyday, this gym is ridiculously over priced especially given it's location.. At the very most the memberships should cost $80 a month, for the amount and variety of work out equipment they have. It's basically a fancy rec center for people who can afford an extra car payment every month. Don't get me wrong I would pay the $150mtm, but the equipment is limited and outdated. It's obvious that machines are neglected and the space or the facility is underused. I'd love to see these membership dues get reinvested in the gym instead of in the greedy managers(that stay hidden in their offices) who can't keep anyone employed.They have a more diverse selection of machines and platforms at Pursue Fitness, Elements, and Delta. Except all these facilities cost between $30-$60... For most avg and exp gym goers, these 3 are much better options, based off cost, quantity, and quality. Nothing special going on here, just a cool kids club for wealthier people to hang out and pretend to exercise. If more gyms in Eugene/Springfield had saunas, steam rooms, and pools this place would be out of business..

I was a member for 27 years, and even paid dues when they were closed due to COVID. When I had to move out of the area suddenly, I contacted them to close my account. They insisted that since I signed a contract requiring 30 days notice and that since I hadn’t notified them in a timely manner, they would charge another month plus pro rate the following month because of late notification. On top of that, they charged me late fees. Their draconian billing policies are astonishing. Buyer beware if you need to cancel your membership. Don’t get sick, or die, or move away without giving plenty of notice!

Exceptional facility! The staff I've sat and spoken with are beautiful intelligent and mature, they are good people! This is like a second home and I feel I'm developing a second family.
