Horrendous customer service in this place. Stay away. They will never answer the phone to see if they have a vehicle for you after you make a reservation with their national number. Front desk folks are overwhelmed and tired. Truly awful.

UPDATE: Hiccups happen. What matters to me is how a business resolves the matter and rebounds. Fortunate for me, Hertz’s Northeast Director went above and beyond to demonstrate that I am a valued Hertz customer. He quickly stepped in to investigate the matter and within a day of his involvement the error was located and corrected shortly thereafter. He was sympathetic to my frustration and asked me to give the location another try and I am glad that I did. Michael R followed up to make sure my next rental experience was perfect. It was a particularly stressful time with my son starting his first year of college and my mother undergoing major surgery but from the time I got to the location to pick up my car I could see that Michael R listened to my concerns and was making the necessary changes. For example, 1. There were personnel changes made with more attentive and friendly staff - seemed less overwhelmed. 2. The car selection improved. 3. My transactions were timely. 4. The type of car I prefer was set aside for me. The whole experience was seamless and stress free. Recently, I rented a car again. The manager, Kervon and car rental agent, Rosa were very attentive and friendly. The car type I prefer to rent was not available but they did their best to troubleshoot the matter, remained calm and effective and delivered a solution I could live with it. Hiccups happen. Good customer service is empowered to resolve the matter and seeks a resolution that minimises the customer’s stress with a desire to leave the customer delighted. What started out rocky has since rebounded and I am delighted. I am especially grateful to Hertz’s NE Director, Michael R. Without him stepping in and up I would not consider staying with Hertz. He made the difference. *** DO NOT Rent from this location. I have had the most horrible experience. I returned my car on 9/12. Everyday starting 9/13, I get calls from Hertz customer service telling me to contact them because the vehicle has not been returned. I have called customer service on multiple days and I have spoken to a different customer service rep each time. The person takes the information, tells me they will sent the info to the rental location so the contract can be closed yet the next day I get the same call. The second to last customer service rep said he completed a form and sent it to corporate to resolve yet after 48 hours, I am still getting calls. Today the latest customer service rep says she has escalated it to her superior and has said that she can assure me it will be resolved today. Apparently the site definitely has training issues. It is a small location and the two people there seem overwhelmed, look unkempt and run short on politeness. They need help! 10 days after returning my rental and the contract is still not closed, I do not have a receipt and customer service has no problem in inconveniencing the customer and asking me to keep providing my information OVER AND OVER AGAIN to no avail. Their system is broken!!!! Customer Service is ineffective and not empowered to resolve the matter. The location is unreachable by phone. Today the rep asked me if I could go to the location. I LIVE IN FLORIDA!!!!!

Briefly I am certain they would because you can't drive two cars, but no they don't allow you to park overnight.
