Extremely slow service. No point in making an appointment if they can't even follow the timing. Only one person working in the entire office. Been waiting for hours now. This is terrible on the IRS part.

It most likely is related to either the 2021 rebate for Economic Stimulus Payment (1400) or it’s related to the child tax credit which depends on the age of the child
The office is open but u have to schedule an appointment to be seen.
How do you make an appointment if you need to pay back taxes
You cannot visit without appointment. Officer asks for it and if you don't have, you will be asked to get appointment first. But they really assign you the same week or next when you call them
