I would recommend go with an easier room and check out how it works first. Once you get the hang of it, it's quite addicting and you'll keep wanting to go back!
I really liked the prisoner room
They are listed on the website with difficulty, but honestly I think it's more about picking a theme you like
They do rotate the rooms after a while. My favorite one that they used to have was a purgatory room. It was pitch black, you just had a dim flash light, and a black light.
Rooms change every month or two I believe, and personally I like them all. They have enough variety that you should enjoy any of them. It's more of a room/puzzle theme, difficulty is not based on theme.
