Got food there a few mins ago, pulled my food out the bag and the bag and box was covered in food.

would rate lower if i could service was terrible and extremely slow even though we were the only customers THEN the cashier had the audacity to say i was wrong about my change. i looked at my two $20 bills and thought "OK i need $12 in change" and they said i only gave them $30. they looked at the register and said there was only one $20 but i could literally see more $20s in there. check the cameras! i never get upset at fast food employees for being slow because i know its a hard job but dont steal my money.

Food is good. But I only received half of what I ordered and paid for. So if you get a drive thru order ensure you don't get ripped off like I did. Also when I called about the problem I was told "I just came on shift and can't do anything about it". Buyer be ware

I would never recommend this place I will never eat here again I haven’t heard nothing but good experiences at the other location on Francis. So I figured I would try this location since I was in the area and about halfway through my burrito which only has chicken and rice in it I found a big wad of something green it is not lettuce so I was confused because there’s not even lettuce in my burrito and it was literally taking up about Half a burrito I mean it is a huge wad… so I pull it out because I thought it was weird that there was no rice or chicken in this area because of how big of a chunk it is as I pull it out there’s something blue in it so I touch the blue part and guess what it’s a rubber band so whatever type of vegetable this is maybe cilantro stems somehow magically accidentally got inside of my burrito including the wonderful rubber band holding it all together this is completely disgusting I am sick to my stomach never in my entire life have I been so disgusted over a restaurant.
