Hi James this is Kristin from Escape. It is always best to book either online or over the phone as we only have staff onsite when we have bookings scheduled. If however we have staff members onsite and you walked in we would definitely get you in assuming we have an available room. Their website says to schedule ahead of time. That's what I've always done.
I imagine they'll accept walk ins, but you might be limited to available rooms.
