I'm wondering about the winters. Assume you get snow. Is there a snow plow that comes through?

We e lived here 20 years. We get snow. Park does their best to keep the roads cleared but we have an economy car and we live low and have to climb up to get out. If it’s snow and ice it’s difficult.
