Lots of old people here. Its a quiet place to live the management can be a pain. At night not many places to park your car cause there lots are full with people who don't want there car or truck in there own driveways so the park them in the lots. I no like 2yrs ago they had to close the back pool cause the health inspector came by an tested the pool an it failed his test he performs on the water. GROSS!!

Excellent community. Well kept grounds good management. Have lived here over 5 years now and my opinion has not changed. Only thing is its noisey near the freeway..

This is a great community. The rec center has been used for baby and bridal showers on dozens of occasions. Easy set up and tear down. Great location.

There is typically always at least one mobile home for sale. A friend of mine lives there, and pays $800 space lot. There might be diff prices by location of unit and size of unit.
