I lived here for five years and liked until they changed management a couple of years ago. Everything started going downhill. The manager, Britney, is rude, uncaring and untrained. Maintenance is greatly lacking. I moved out a year ago to a much nicer place at Meadowbrook mobile home park in Santee, so glad I did.

Park changed management. This has led to me to increase my rating in hope that the new management will "do the right thing". Old management did not handle situations regarding assault, stalking and harassment. My review might increase as time passes, and more situations occur- if they're handled appropriately. The park is well-kept, and pretty. The housing units spacious and cozy. My family member lives in The Cliffs and chose to live here as a quiet getaway. However, I am sometimes harassed as well, by a neighbor, when I come to this park. I can't even begin to fathom the emotional stress my family member endures.

The park is nice place to live, but the lady who manage the place is not in right job, She is rude, acts like we are nobody; not helpful, I strongly believe some professional people should run this park. Update:12/21/2018 water is shout down more than 24 hours management hired 2 day job labor to fix this with no right tolls, lots of elderly people are out of water updated 12/22/2018: here is some pictures, 8.30AM no one working on water issue

Excellent, safe and friendly mobile home park for 55 years and older. Two clubhouses, pool, jacuzzi with plenty of open space. Ultra quiet and centrally located right off Mission Gorge Road on Old Cliffs Road. Dog friendly with many coaches having spectacular views.

I was there and saw that they did have two spots for rent. But also it's only for people 55+
Yes to Both. All privately owned, so drive through and get the info from the individual Realtor ® signs on each home.
New tenants start at $1300. A month and that pays for nothing but the Land your mobile home sits on. You pay water trash electric all billed separately..
My knowledge is that this park is owner occupied only
It's $1200 a month which includes trash, water & sewer. SDG&E is billed to each homeowner individually as is any cable TV package.
Not on the street, but you can park one in your driveway.
We have no HOA monthly dues. Our HOA is strictly voluntary and is a liaison between the on-site park managers and our out of state park owners. They also assist our new neighbors, set up social functions and keep us informed of any new park events/rules and activities. As for the space rent, it's somewhere between $1100 and $1200, depending upon where your coach is located. That includes trash and water bills. You have a separate account with SDG&E as most homeowners do.
You rent your space and buy your mobile home. There's always something available. Not sure about virtual tour.
I'd say 10 miles going on Interstate 8 West to Ocean Beach. Travel time 15 minutes if little traffic, more during rush hour.
Yes, there are a few few for sale now, not sure if there are any for rent. My neighbor (female) is currently looking for a roommate, also a female. Just take a drive through the park and check it out. I'm pretty sure you'll find it meets your needs and standards. Good luck and you can always contact me if you need anything else.
