Beautiful community. It is a high end mobile home park with a gated entry. There is tennis, a pool, and lots of other options. Most homes have garages. Immaculate gardens. It is a senior park but I hear it is really expensive. I would love to live there.

My In Laws have lived herr for about 6 years now and simply live it. Quiet and always kept very clean. My kids, their grandchildren, love visting them and love going around the park on small adventures. Very nice beautiful place to live. And security is top notch.

Why am I being asked this . I have nothing to do with new frontiers mobile homes . They might try asking them .
It is a fixed price for two years. I pay just over 600
I don't know. I don't live there but when I was visiting my friend I always saw some homes for sale.

First check with residents of the Park to see if they like living there with all the rules one of which is u can't walk your dog! Unless u walk around the Park with it in a kids pram, lol! Their paws are not allowed to touch the ground, hehehe. Park is nice, management not, but if u don't mind a LOT of rules and regulations and monitoring and not being allowed to paint your house whatever color u want, then go for it! I left.
