Owner is a complete crook. When elderly owners pass he blocks anyone that tries to but the property. He will even go as far as saying it is condemned. He then jumps in and forces you to sell it to him for almost nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL GET SCREWED IN THE LONG RUN.

I give no stars. Recently, the property owners have claimed my grandmothers mobile home as abandoned after her death. My sister and I are owners with our name on the title and the property owners have stopped us from selling the unit and refuses storage fees. The owners of the property are thieves and do not do good business.

Yes, there is several vacant units. However, this is a 55 and up age community.

No. It's owned by an individual and his brother. Decent guys. Nice place. Rents are going up.no. land is rented by residents.
