Ordered a fish sandwich. No lettuce. Extra extra tarter sauce. Pick up at drive thru, open up wrapper, No Tarter at all. Went back , ask for Tarter, tells me out of tarter. Asked if I can have mayo an extra pickles to substitute the Tarter on sandwich, 25 cents for pickles. I was in disbelief. So I ordered a med ice tea/ with lemons an 8 sugar packets. Tea came with 1 lemon an 8 sugars. No extra for sugar. Imagine that.

Once I ordered on drive-thru and went around to get to the window, I was asked to stop before the window for quite some time. My son, who works fast food, said it had to do with a timer. Who knows? Once I received my food, I asked for extra house dressing, which understandably was charged for. When I was handed them, one dropped. A loud voice from who knows where yelled at the window person "did you give her another one?" As it was replaced. I felt her attitude and disgust. When we got home, either we were given the wrong burger or they simply didnt care how this burger was put together. It looked like a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce to cover less than half of the burger and cold. We had ordered the California Classic. I will not be coming here again.

Getting car repair next door says they are op en but not! Sign on door says open for inside dinning@8am but way passed 9:15am & still did not open even though they knew they had customer waiting. Even what looks like the manager arrived & still she did not open for dinning room! I do not like the employees bad attitudes.

I can’t recommend the low carb burgers at this location. The last 2 times I’ve been, they used the outer throw away layers of green leaf lettuce, not the nice crisp iceberg they usually do and advertise. It tasted so bad. I had to pull it off and use my own from home to make it edible.

The hard working individuals behind the scene usually have to go above and beyond to killed the free range, organic grass feed chicken first. Then, the cook-to-order process begins.
